Sold as shown, as is. Unit appears to be in good shape, some minor hard water staining on sides that wipes off, bottom has some surface wear.

For lowest shipping cost, if in northeast us or mid Atlantic states, choose priority for lowest price, all others choose medium flat rate box. With pump, box and manual. Flotec utility pump model fpcp 15uls, condensate removal pump, for furnace and air conditioners. The manual says there should be a power plug at the end of the black cord, I am guessing the previous owner spliced this directly into some wiring I am not an electrician, plumber or hvac guy, so I am not really completely sure what this does, I am just going by the box and manual.

There is a power cord that ends in 2 bare wires, as shown, not a power plug, and there are 2 bare wires coming out of the sides.
